DILG Secretary Jesse Robredo Confirmed Dead; Rescuers found the Body!
After days of searching in the deep shore of Masbate, rescuers finally found Interior and Local Government Secretary Jesse Robredo.... But the sad news is, he failed to survive the plane crash.
