President Benigno Aquino refused Llamas' Resignation
Political adviser Ronald Llamas got the last laugh after President Benigno Aquino rejected his resignation despite public criticism. Llamas was caught-photographed buying pirated DVDs in a mall.
Llamas reportedly offer to resign after he apologized to the President Aquino last Friday.
Llamas only received a memo...What?
