Kris Aquino's marriage to James Yap Annulled!
TV host-actress Kris Aquino finally revealed that her marriage to former husband James Yap is officially over!
Kris confirmed it via her twitter:
"Going to HK Disney w/ josh & bimby. Need this weekend to just be the 5 of us (me, my 2 sons & yaya A & Gerbel). Yes I'm annulled & can only wish for james & me lasting happiness & genuine friendship for Bimby's sake.
Aquino and Yap tied the knot on July 10, 2005 and on June 27, 2010, the couple decided to go separate ways. August 9, 2010, Kris filed the petition before the Makati Regional Trial Court to nullify her marriage to Yap.
No pre-nuptial agreement for the ex-couple.
