Saranggani Congressman Manny Pacquiao is learning everyday the shifting of alliance in politics. Pacquiao has joined Partido Demokratiko Pilipino-Lakas ng Bayan (PDP-Laban) led by Vice President Jejomar Binay.
Initially, the champ wants to run under President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III's Liberal Party but it seems traditional forces inside the party prevented the idea.
Manny Pacquiao is eyeing the governorship of the province in next year's elections.
