Sam Pinto is still the hottest lady in town as she won FHM's 100 Sexiest Women in the World 2012 poll!

The Kapuso actress won her second 'Sexiest Woman' title by receiving 1,249,189 votes against her rank second competitor, former FHM winner Angel Locsin (with 1,131,505 votes).
