Andi Eigenmann welcomes baby Adrianna Gabrielle!
Actress Andi Eigenmann gave birth on Wednesday afternoon (November 23) her first child at St. Luke’s Medical Center Global City in Taguig.
She delivered her baby girl via caesarian section and she named the newborn Adrianna Gabrielle.
She reportedly will be using the surname of the alleged estranged father, Albie Casiño.
