Sarah Geronimo's dad Delfin assaulted by a man with stun gun; Kidnap angle?!

The father of popular singer and actress Sarah Geronimo was assaulted Sunday afternoon (August 8)  inside ABS-CBN basement parking area  and he believes his attacker had planned to kidnap him.

Sarah's father Delfin Geronimo said the attacker named Paulino Mercado uses a taser gun but he was able to escape and screamed for help. Delfin also added that he is being force to enter a van.



The suspect is now arrested and in Police custody. The  modus according to Police investigation, the suspect will  claimed that  he had a gift from a company to be given to celebrities and then he will do the crime.

The question is:  Is the suspect Paulino Mercado, a plain criminal or a Stalker?

    Hi! I read this in a local newspaper. It's too bad knowing that there are people who take advantage of the celebrities. I hope that the case will push through.
