'American Idol' alum David Archuleta is currently busy adjusting to the local setup of the entertainment industry and he is now filming his first mini-series “Nandito Ako” with fast rising TV5 stars Jasmin Curtis-Smith and Eula Caballero.
The story follows of Josh (David Archuleta), a "Filipino-American born and raised in the Philippines and later sent to the US. At the tender age of five, he is separated from his mother during a big fire in their neighborhood. After many years, he returns to the Philippines as an accomplished international pop star in search of his long-lost mother."
Archuleta is also singing the theme of series, the OPM song"Nandito Ako".
Mac Alejandre is directing this mini-serye and it is due to on February 20.
